1. Ownership of Trade Secrets & Copyright

All calculation logic, risk matrices, system design architecture, and proprietary formulae embedded within this platform are the exclusive trade secrets and intellectual property of APEXON FIRE PROTECTION. The textual content, UI/UX design, and structural layout are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).

2. Prohibited Actions

This platform and its underlying mechanics are provided for authorized use only. Visitors and users are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the calculation logic or platform software.
• Deploying automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to extract data, formulae, or matrices.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any proprietary workflows, outputs, or system designs without explicit, written consent from our management team.

3. Legal Enforcement & Jurisdiction

Any unauthorized access, extraction, or breach of these terms constitutes a direct violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 including Sections 43 and 66 and common law governing breach of confidentiality in India.

APEXON FIRE PROTECTION actively monitors platform integrity. We will pursue severe civil injunctions and criminal damages against individuals or corporate entities found violating these terms. Any disputes arising from the unauthorized use of these proprietary tools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
